Now, if my car needed a paint job, the best thing to do is vandalize it. Condition of the paint on the car vandalized is always a clue in solving the crime.
Was that punishment for parking over the line?
Now if I caught the person doing this to my car I would definitely make sure he got spray painted with his eyes open. He will never see another paint job again.
