Virginia driver killed after 12-year-old boy attempting suicide jumps, lands on her car

A 22-year-old woman was killed after a 12-year-old boy attempting suicide by jumping off an overpass in Virginia landed on her car Saturday afternoon, investigators said.

Virginia State Police said Marisa Harris of Olney, Md., was driving east on Interstate 66 when the boy landed on top of her Ford Escape, WRC-TV reported.

While the boy’s jump left Harris “incapacitated,” he survived and was being treated for life-threatening injuries at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

I originally skimmed over this article thinking how sad this was. Then it occurred to me, why is a 12 yr old trying to commit suicide? Something here needs to be looked into!

That's how I felt too. What is going on in that kids' life to make him want to kill himself?

If you feel like your life has no meaning, what better way to end your life than by screwing up someone else's life? Sad, demented logic of a mentally ill 12 year old.
