A search and seizure by a law enforcement officer without a search warrant and without probable cause to believe that evidence of a crime is present. Such a search or seizure is unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment (applied to the states by the Fourteenth Amendment), and evidence obtained from the unlawful search may not be introduced in court.
I bet their meetings don't last till Midnight like the last county council meeting.

Yes this LOSER named Kerrie Jones Bunting has nothing better to do with her life so she has gone to Ocean City, the City of Salisbury and Wicomico County begging for a balloon launch ban. This idiot has nothing better to do with her life so she is trying to make it relevant. She is nothing but a Libtard turned environmentalist.
I met this nut case on a local dating site and I had to run as far as I could. When you hear about dating sites full of strange people with mental illnesses, it's true. Just look at her.

Salisbury doesn't need a "fire marshal." We already have plenty of fire marshal's with the Office of the State Fire Marshal. We also have the county fire inspector. Salisbury and Jake Day is trying to build his own empire by duplicating services. Pretty stupid if you ask me.
Curious, 11:34, and btw thanks for the education, but what kinds of balloons? Hot air passenger type, weather helium, party helium balloons? There's no paperwork with this I see?
