Incident: CDS Possession/ Warrant Service
Date of Incident: 26 May 2017
Location: Cobbs Hill Rd, Willards, MD
Suspect: Sauve, Justin M, 26 Ocean City, MD
Narrative: On 05-26-17, A Deputy saw Justin Suave riding as a passenger on Cobbs Hill Rd. The Deputy was familiar with Suave, and he knew that Suave had an active arrest warrant. Sauve was arrested and searched incident to arrest. Suspected heroin was located on Suave. Suave was arrested and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
Charges: Possession of CDS

Incident: CDS Possession, Driving Without a License
Date of Incident: 26 May 2017
Location: Booth St, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Armstrong, Marquez L 21, Salisbury MD
Narrative: On 05-26-17, A Deputy was patrolling the area of Booth St and West Rd, Salisbury. The Deputy conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. The driver, Marquez Armstrong, did not have a driver’s license. A probable cause search of the car was conducted. The Deputy located suspected crack cocaine and heroin in the car. Armstrong was arrested and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
Charges: Possession of CDS, 2 counts. Driving without a license

Incident: 2nd degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment
Date of Incident: 28 May 2017
Location: Powell School Rd, Parsonsburg, MD
Suspect: Pope, William A. 20, Mardela Springs, MD
Narrative: On the evening of 05-28-17, Deputies were dispatched to an address on Powell School Rd for an assault. The Deputies learned that William Pope had been in an argument with the victim. Investigation revealed that Pope punched the victim in the head, rendering him unconscious. Pope then struck the victim multiple times as he lay on the ground. The victim had to be transported to PRMC for his injuries. Pope was arrested and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
Charges: 2nd Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment

Heroin, crack, reckless endangerment, 2nd degree assault. Nice little crime collection for three incidents. Mirages. We don't have any crime in this area, we don't know what the county sheriff is talking about. These must be made up.

Pope continues his downward spiral. Binge drinking in Mardella with the boys every weekend isn't helping.
