Two Republicans are reportedly set to reintroduce a bill capping pensions of former presidents if they take outside income of $400,00 or more — a measure Barack Obama vetoed and would, if passed, hurt his bottom line.
"The Obama hypocrisy on this issue is revealing," Utah GOP Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who sponsored the 2016 bill in the House, told USA Today.
"His veto was very self-serving."
Chaffetz and GOP Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst will reintroduce the Presidential Allowance Modernization Act this month; the legislation would cap presidential pensions at $200,000, with another $200,000 for expenses, USA Today reported.

All pensions for politicians should be taken away if they earn more than the pension in one year. They really are a$$hats!!
How about a bill that Arrests Al Sharpton for Tax Evasion.
Obama retired after a tiring 8 years of golf , what a legacy . He accomplished zero , other than screw up the country with communist tactics .

8 years ago I learned very quickly not to openly ask questions about obama " the phony" because is was suddenly racist. My point is he brought the word " racist " back. So their is that! However I don't no what it means anymore if anything. In my day it was hating someone because of skin color and that wasn't cool so nobody did it we all just got along.
It proves Obama and the DumbocARTs only wanted to spread the wealth of the middle class and not the rich such as themselves. As a retiree Obama should spread his wealth and gift to me $40,000 a year from his retirement. They all need to be cut from the President down. Most all became millionaires once they became a Politian.
He's money laundering. They won't even pay him, and he'll just deposit some of the millions he stole from the country while he was president, and turn it into money he can spend, without any questions. He's as crooked as they come. He ruled just like his ancestors from Kenya. His crimes make Hillary look like a choir lady.
I am a proud Republican and not a fan of Obama. This effort is symbolic and a waste of time. In the scheme of things it really isn't that much money. It isn't worth the effort. I am sure there are other things that will yield greater gains.
