Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Press Release

On April 22, 2017 at approximately 1746 hours a Worcester County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a Chevrolet Tahoe stationary at the stop sign at the intersection of Sandyfield Road and Nine Pin Branch Road. The Deputy further observed a white male operator who was identified as Frederick Dennis Parker, 60, of Newark, Md. unconscious in the driver seat with the vehicle running. The Deputy was able to wake Mr. Parker after knocking on the driver’s window several times. Upon speaking with Mr. Parker the Deputy believed Mr. Parker to possibly be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Parker did poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. Mr. Parker was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol. Mr. Parker was released pending trial.

No worries,he will get 2 days from the judge in Worcester county...

Me thinks Mr. Parker will get some special consideration from the courts than someone from a lesser family might receive. I'm surprised the Worcester County Sheriff's office made his arrest public.
