it might be nothing to most of you, but I'm finally launching a 4-stage rocket that my kids and I have worked on for 13 years. it will be the first private citizen owned payload of nanomites to detect anomalies in Earth's gravity.
Spending time with my three grandchildren while my son and his wife have some much needed adult time together in Bmore. Die hard Ravens fans going to a pre-season game on Saturday night. The kids and I will make some purple cream cheese swirl brownies for their return.
The launch site is from private property that I can't disclose for security reasons and will be cat free. We're trying to create a youtube channel to stream the launch tomorrow night around 1600 when our satellite will be in place. The payload will not deploy until approximately 27 minutes after launch and should almost cover the entire peninsula if things go right.
5:31-"Just surviving" could have passed away years ago and we'd never know it.He could have gotten someone else to post every Friday & continue his legacy.
Launch was a success. We're still collecting data. We had an 86% response with more than 7 hours of data collection before they burned up in the atmosphere. I'll spend the next decade decoding the data.
Thanks, "5:31". I appreciate the concern. After I pay MY $2000+ property tax tomorrow, I'll still be JUST trying to survive 'till the next Health/Tax/Insurance/Electricity/Water/Comcast/Credit Card/VA bill comes in....

Joe,
Here is a recipe we are trying out this weekend - hope your readers enjoy it
Paladin
Glazed Soy Balsamic Pan seared Sea Scallops:
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Total time: 22 minutes
Serves 4
2 lbs of sea scallops - clean and rinse in cold water - thoroughly pat dry and set aside
In a medium bowl, combine the following ingredients:
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tsp rice vinegar
8 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Whisk glaze until smooth and set aside
heat 4 table spoons coconut oil in a large sauce pan
when oil is hot, sear scallops for 4 minutes - as scallops sear, top with cracked black pepper
flip scallops and repeat sear/pepper on the other side - cook 4 minutes
flip scallops a third time, and cover with glaze and cook 4 more minutes until glaze thickens and immediately remove from heat and plate
sides that work well are rice and butter/garlic pan cooked kale
