This is a report from the U.S. Census Bureau , I really don't believe any of it , it's a government report . Like Hillary said " what difference does it make". Anyway if this is true , most have chosen this path and live off the system without any desire to work or be productive. You reap what you sow .
The Democrat party has held blacks in poverty using the welfare system.

in my lifetime I have went to job interviews and been chosen simple because I was white, over a black candidate who was also there for the job.
another time I was 'promoted' and given a raise to take over a different area at work (factory) so they would not have to call back the person who used to work that area. ( he was black )
So I know first hand racism is real and practiced. And it's just not the white race. I have felt racism directed at me by other races as well.
It is not a good feeling.
