Eastern Shore Innovation Center to open in Cambridge

CAMBRIDGE, Md. (AP) — The Eastern Shore Innovation Center is opening.

Comptroller Peter Franchot is scheduled to speak Monday at the facility.

The new 13,500-square-foot facility is designed to spur economic development in the region through high-growth entrepreneurship and innovative practices.

The $2.4 million project was funded by the Maryland Department of Commerce, the Maryland Technology Development Corporation and Dorchester County.

what a joke, high growth entrepreneurship! you can't teach people to be entrepreneurs. you can barely teach most of these idiots basic math and english. what are they gonna sell? wonder who's getting all the government money to run this boondogle!

sorry 2:16 I started and ran my own company for 15 years before I sold it and moved on. I know what it takes to be an entrepreneur and you aint teaching most of the idiots on the shore how to do it. Other then maybe starting a chicken farm! wtf have you done? NOThING!
