Prock, Bianca
Incident: Most Wanted Arrest
Date of Incident: 4 February 2016
Location: 1000 block of Phillips Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Bianca Lachelle Prock, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 4 February 2016 at 3:45 PM a deputy arrested Bianca Prock at a residence in the 1000 block of Phillips Avenue in Salisbury. Prock had been sought since May 2015 following the issuance of a Circuit Court Bench Warrant after Prock failed to appear for a traffic related case. Prock had been featured on local media outlets as one of Wicomico County’s “Most Wanted.”
Prock was detained in the Detention Center without bond pending an initial appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.
Charges: Failure to Appear
 

Warrington, Kajuan
Incident: Warrant Arrest
Date of Incident: 7 February 2016
Location: 1000 block of W. Isabella Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kajuan Donta Lynel Warrington, 21, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 7 February 2016 at 2:15 AM a deputy arrested Kajuan Warrington on an outstanding Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Warrington violated the terms of his probation following a conviction in a felony assault case.
Warrington was detained in the Detention Center without bond pending an initial appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Hudson, Brad

Incident: Warrant Arrest
Date of Incident: 8 February 2016
Location: Wicomico County
Suspect: Brad Allen Hudson, 33, Selbyville, MD
Narrative: On 8 February 2016 at 9:50 AM a deputy arrested Brad Allen Hudson on an outstanding District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Hudson failed to appear for a CDS case in the District Court.
Hudson had been arrested twice before after failing to appear for the same case in July 2015 and Oct 2015. With the third failure to appear, the judge issued a no bond bench warrant.
Hudson was detained in the Detention Center pending his next court appearance.

Miller, Sharmain
Incident: Extradition / Theft Arrest
Date of Incident: 8 February 2016
Location: Accomack County, VA
Suspect: Sharmain Ktyeal Miller, 32, Parksley, VA
Narrative: On 8 February 2016 at 2:20 PM a deputy extradited Sharmain Miller back to Wicomico County to face charges in connection with a theft case. In this case, Miller stands accused of renting a vehicle from a Salisbury area car rental company in May 2015 and failing to return it.
Upon return to Wicomico County, Miller was transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Miller in the Detention Center in lieu of $3,000.00 bond.
Charges: Motor Vehicle Theft and Theft $1,000.00 to $10,000.00


Plaskon, Daniel
Incident: Trespass / Theft
Date of Incident: 10 February 2016
Location: 7000 block of Pine Street, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Daniel Michael Plaskon, 36, Pittsville, MD
Narrative: On 10 February 2016 at 1:57 PM a deputy responded to a residence in the 7000 block of Pine Street in Pittsville for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, the deputy identified a subject as Daniel Plaskon on the property. During the investigation into this incident, the deputy learned that Plaskon was the ex-husband of the resident and he was at the residence upset that his ex-wife had a new boyfriend. It was also reported that before the deputy arrived, Plaskon entered his ex-wife’s vehicle and stole her cell phone. The deputy told the ex-wife to call her phone at which time the deputy observed it on the rear seat of Plaskon’s vehicle. The deputy also discovered that Plaskon had been previously told to stay off the property and that was reinforced by visible “No Trespassing” signs.
The deputy placed Plaskon under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Plaskon on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Trespassing and Theft under $1,000.00


Hall, Robert
Incident: Possession of CDS
Date of Incident: 10 February 2016
Location: Boundary Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Robert Earl Hall, 68, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 10 February 2016 at 3:32 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Robert Hall for a traffic violation on Boundary Street. Upon making contact with Hall, the deputy was provided with a driver’s license with a photo that looked nothing like Hall. Further inquiry by the deputy prompted Hall to admit that he gave the deputy someone else’s license in an attempt to stay out of trouble.
The deputy discovered that Hall’s driver’s license was currently suspended and revoked. During a records check that deputy discovered that Hall’s license has been suspended since 1986. The deputy placed Hall under arrest and discovered post arrest that Hall was in possession of what was identified as oxycodone without a prescription.
The deputy transported Hall to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Hall in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
Charges: Possession of CDS, Driving While Revoked and Driving While Suspended
