Doug grew up in central Maryland spending his childhood in Howard County and spending his high school years in Anne Arundel County. He is a graduate of Roanoke College as well as the University of Baltimore where he received a graduate degree in Public Administration. Doug is a Full Member of the International City and County Management Association and is also active with the Maryland Municipal League where he has served on various committees.
A formal announcement/press release should be coming in from Ocean City in about an hour.

What a Joke! You can't tell me they couldn't find a local to do the job. Look at all the outsiders they have had over the years. Look at Salisbury with John Pick.
Sad thing about Salisbury is their Gay Mare replaced John Pick with a clown with no education or experience. Seriously though, Salisbury's choice is more of a joke!
