Illegal Immigrants Release ‘Bill of Rights’

An immigrant-rights group proposed a “Bill of Rights” for illegal immigrants Thursday, demanding that Americans recognize there are millions already in the country who deserve health care, in-state tuition rates for college and a guarantee of citizenship in the long term.

The list of demands runs 10 items long — the same as the U.S. Constitution’s Bill of Rights — and also calls for an end to arrests and deportations for “all law-abiding undocumented Americans.”

The document was circulated by United We Stay, which is a group of illegal immigrants, first generation Americans and human rights activists pushing for changes to immigration law.

“We know we have human rights, even though our very presence is deemed illegal and our existence alien. Now we have our own Bill of Rights and we want it to be the framework for every immigration decision going forward from the local to the national level,” the group said in a statement announcing their demands.

really?
they can get all that when they go to jail for breaking the law by sneaking into the country.

or just deport them all.

actually they should face the same consequences their home country uses to deal with illegals

Announcing their demands? You've got to be kidding me!

We already have a Bill of Rights, they don't need one nor do they have a right to one. Become American citizens the Legal way and then you'll have one!

you have the right to go to jail

When you break the law you give up most of your rights. You broke the law by not using the legal channels to get into this country but instead chose to cut in line and cross the border without permission. You have no rights in this country except for basic human rights!

Law breakers and especially Non-U.S. citizens have NO RIGHTS in this country. What they are writing is nothing more than toilet paper.

I hope they all signed and put their addresses down so we know where to find them. else i think this document is fake. if its real, then DHS and the border patrol know where to go and round them up... you cannot create a legal bill of rights in a country you are not legally part of.
