When you start connecting the dots in this case you first recognize that Chris Demone, (close friend of Jim Ireton) is now renting Jake Day's home. I guess this means Jake is quite satisfied with the very people Jim Ireton chose to work for the City and isn't his own man after all.

So does Jake register with the city as a landlord? Does he pay the fees like the rest?
Will Jake or anyone from the city government be reporting to the community the two shootings that happened last night?
One, shot in abdomen, drove himself to PRMC. The other, I understand, may have been self inflicted (accidentally) to the thigh and abdomen as a result of a thug carrying/adjusting his gun with no holster.

However, it seems to me that you are insinuating that a landlord should have the ability to foresee the future and is in some way responsible for any actions of their tenant. Your attempt to implicate Jake Day's fault in regard to this matter seems misguided and far-fetched.
Anyone being represented by John Houlihan should show up as a red flag.
Jake Day never claimed to be his own man and quite the contrary actually. He ran on the platform of being a partner to the mayor.
When Jacob Day filed to run for Mayor, his address was listed as Terrie Ct.
This Demone guy owes PRMC $150.and lives in Jake Day's house,on Druid Hill Ave. According to a Wicomico County Real Property Search.Jake Day owns the property but it is not his Principal Residence. In fact according to Real Property Search.info the Tax Bill is sent to Terrie Ct. So where is the crime? Where is the coverup? Where are the dots to connect?
If Terrie Ct is not in city limits why was Mr Day eligible to file for Mayor. Why does being a friend of Ireton's . make Demone ineligible to rent from Day. I do not understand the logic hers. Could you connect the dots for me, since I am unable to do so?.

The Terrie Ct address is his parents house. He doesn't own the house at that address.
As much as I dislike Demone's politics AND we've had many disagreements in the past, It's only fair that you take into consideration the fact that his child has cancer and many of his medical bills weren't covered by insurance at WBOC when he worked there. The fact that he's living in a rental tells me that he lost his home due to the medical bills since he and his wife were home owners when they learned of their sons disease. Think about it.This could happen to anyone.

I am confused as to what the problem is. The fact that Mr Demone is renting a house from Mr. Day and Mr Demone owes PRMC $150 and Mr Day did not claim to live on Druid Hill Ave when he filed for Mayor would never lead me to think "Jake is quite satisfied with the very people Jim Ireton chose to work for the City and isn't his own man after all." So you think it's Ok for Jim Ireton to give him a job so that city tax payers can pay in Blue Cross Blue Shield health for his child with and known medical disorder? Yes the tax payers have to pay this. This is going to affect the BCBS rate that the WCBOE, City of Salisbury and Wicomico County tax payers are going to have to Pay. This is wrong no matter how you look at it and it is an abuse of Jim Ireton's office which should be investigated.
Does Jake Day have a drivers license? It was suspended and he didn't have it for a long time.
Day is the next in the Barrie-Liarton line of liberal Democrat losers as mayor of Smallsbury!
No one has to support Jake Day as he is the only candidate to file for Mayor and is automatically the next Mayor. . Unlikely a write-in campaign would find another person voted in as Mayor.
All who support Day, a this scandal this is not.. All who are Day bashers, will need to dig deeper to try to come up with a "real" cover up.

8:35, First of all, my sincere apology to the Day Family. As many of you know, I do not moderate all comments here and very frankly we have been overwhelmed this week with a massive volume of comments. One in particular got past us and since you brought it to our attention I immediately removed it.
I'm not sure who the person is who attacked Jake's Wife but she is OFF LIMITS. I'm sure even Jake would agree, say what you want about him but his Wife and child are innocent and helpless and only a coward would go after them.
I make no excuses here, we published a comment that shouldn't have gone through. Again, I have removed the comment and hope the Day Family can forgive us for this mistake.
