I remember having my head stuffed in there
I can say that no this has never happened to me.
I grew up without indoor plumbing; we had an outhouse. It was a three-holer, one for Dad, one for Mom and a little hole for me. One day I tried out Mom's hole and ......well, you know the rest of the story.
i have had this happen to me, but i couldn't take the blue tile for long and replaced it with a dark gray stone.
