How can you tell "we, the people" how to budget and pay bills when your own bills are secondary to the lottery, new jew-ry, hair styles and nails with designs, and vacations.
They would know the value of money better if they only had to WORK FOR IT, instead of waiting for OTHER PEOPLE to go to work for them and send them some. Some people would think they are Congressional material. And they would be right.

I am glad you brought this one up again, she should be removed from council and not allowed to run for another office. Mitchell is a loose cannon and should not be making trips to Baltimore to represent this city as she has done. Now if she wants to move and run for office in Baltimore that would be great we would finally get rid of her, and her husband would be no loss either.

1. Write in candidate (find somebody good)
2. Recall petition after election (find a good replacement)
Recalls should now be easier with the smaller districts. Have to have a good reason, so don't be petty.

You better check the rules on a write in candidate. Make sure it is legal or it is a waste of time.
I have been waiting election after election to see changes for the better happen in Salisbury and I have been getting older and older.
Barry Tilghman with 12 years of Hell. Then we thought Louweasel was the answer. Then Jim Ireton. I am sick and tired of waiting. This Democrat City is taking a crap.
The democartic party has ruined this country and I say that as a Democrat who made wrong many wrong choices.
