Local Free Newspapers Frustrating Residents of Wicomico County

To get this S&$7 STOPPED. Tomorrow will be the fourth straight week with a request to NOT throw it in my yard, on the street, at the house that hasn't been lived in for over a year (second picture), in the driveway, and clogging the city drains, wet and nasty. Was told it is not to be delivered to those who subscribe. Apparently didn't tell that to the delivery person. One would think that if past weeks are still there, maybe it is a waste of their money to throw another. Save your money and make one less. I don't want it!

I see signs threatening up to $1,500 fines for littering. Will these laws ever be enforce? City, County alike, YOU are the Law Enforcement here.

What will you do?

I have always believed these delivery people are paid by the piece, so delivering as many as they can is to their advantage. Even if not the case, they are simply littering and need to be fined. The paper has nothing new in it, a total waste of resources. Sometimes the weekly Giant ad is included but that can be obtained in the Wed. issue of the Daily Times, from a neighbor, or at the store. Please stop the littering, this delivery is a long way to get newspaper into the recycling bin, go direct!
