Incident: On the above date a Deputy from the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office responded to 10121 McAllister Road, Berlin, Maryland, reference a trespassing complaint. After a brief search of the area was conducted Theodore Houston Hicks was located and arrested for trespassing on said property after having been notified not return to this location. Hicks went before the District Court Commissioner where he was held, $2,500.
