He called me and said his name was William....
1st hint....he could barely speak english....
2nd hint.....he said he saw me on the computer...what is he? CIA

I told him that my computer was in the shop for repair and how could he see me on line if I don't even have a computer.

He hung up. Hahaha

I wonder if the only people this group are calling are the elderly? And if so..... how did they know the age and numbers? Anyone???

This has been going on a while. Gotten 2 at least in the past year. Just hang up on them.

Why is it so difficult to identify and catch these criminals?
I have fraudulent calls on my phone numerous times every week and I'm sick of it. My block list is full and new unwanted [scammer] calls just keep coming.

These guys are part of a.scam that originates in Mumbai, India. They have agents all over the U.S., making calls to you and me. They move quickly and frequently. Law enforcement gets a complaint and more often than not the scammers are long gone by the time they get there to investigate. Most departments aren't even following up on complaints because they've already wasted man hours enough.
