This is the kind of thing that must stop. A preventable error on the cops hands. Hold them accountable for all the crimes they committed, There is no excuse.

This dog deserves much better treatment. Thank GOD he is alive, please don't let him stay outside for someone to hurt him again.

First, he is a she. Second, article does not state she was kept outside. Third, if police were at my door and I had a fenced rear yard, the dog would be put in the yard rather than left in the house if it was likely the police were going to try to enter the house.
