Will the federal government lobby for their transabled "rights?"

Hmm.
As I understand it, being transgender is totally subjective: one is transgender if one thinks he is. And one is transgender whether or not one has operations. And, as we learned during the bathroom debate, one can "be" a different sex on a daily basis. It all depends on who he feels that day.

So, putting it all together. I think I will feel "trans-abled" and thus eligible to use the handicapped spaces, whenever the parking lot is really full, or it is raining or snowing or I am in a hurry.
