Very few will remember Howard Bounds. He was the only Police in Fruitland in the Late 60 early 70. He would do that in a heart beat. He had a Ford with a 429. He would challenge ones at the OAKS Drive-in and then ticket them. He would say you win no ticket - I win you get a ticket. Everybody got a ticket unless you got him on a back road with corners. Then drive another vehicle for a month when around Fruitland.
