Sarah Preston Shrock, 56, of Mechanicsville, Md. was charged with felony contaminating/poisoning food/drink and three counts of second degree assault, and violation of a peace order.
Police said one of Shrock's roommates said she and two other people returned home after being out all day. One person poured milk, which was stored in the home's refrigerator, into glasses to drink during dinner.

She looks psycho. Shrock can be an Amish/Mennonite surname and there is an Amish community in Mechanicsville.
