What Passed The Maryland General Assembly

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP/WJZ) — The Maryland General Assembly adjourned its 90-day legislation session at midnight Monday. Here’s a look at the legislation that passed.

Political reporter Pat Warren has more on what Governor Larry Hogan says about the deal that was finally reached.

State leaders are counting their wins and losses.

Governor Hogan’s losses include no tax break for donations to schools, no restoring pension funds, no reopening the Annapolis police barracks and no additional troopers. His win: the fact that there’s no new taxes.

Chuckie Poo is so jealous of a Republican Governor that he is bashing him every chance he gets. He and Jim Ireton hate Republicans so bad they would die for a Democrat.

Here's the thing about the "repeal" of the "rain tax"
1.) There is no rain tax.
2.) Taxpayers still have to pay for the federal mandated Storm Water Management program. Nothing has actually been repealed
So, Hogan voters, you got what you wanted: An empty suit politician, selling you a slogan, that he got "repealed". I mean, nothing has actually changed, and you still have to pay, but, hey, you guys got a word repealed. Good job!
