Worcester County Tea Party

I wanted to let you know that the record breaking movie "American Sniper" will be showing at the MarVa Theater in Pocomoke City on March 6, 7, 13 & 14, the show time for all dates will be 7:00 p.m. Admission is only $5.00 and parking is free! I sincerely hope you will consider visiting Pocomoke to see this great movie and maybe come early to visit the Riverside Grill next to the drawbidge on the scenic Pocomoke River for dinner.
In case of inclement weather on movie dates, you can check the MarVa facebook page to see if the showing has been cancelled. Originally opened in 1927, this fully restored art decco theater harkens back to the days of Vaudeville. Despite its age, the MarVa has a state of the art digital projection and sound that was installed in March of 2014. The MarVa Theater and Performing Arts Center is a non-profit organization run by interested local residents of Pocomoke City and nearby areas. It is staffed and operated by volunteers with the exception of our executive director and one part time assistant.
Hopefully you will consider supporting this worthwhile community organization.
Get a carpool together and come visit us!
