Looks like the placed is closed down yet outside building lights on while advertising lights not working??? Doesn't look like labor is ready.

It's the Labor Ready place on the West Side, where dozens of Spanish speaking day-labor hopefuls gather every day.

The sign's dead lights leave the Ready as Rey, which is Spanish for King. So there you have it, Labor King.

No, I can't. It's a jobs place vacant in the middle of the night with some signage lights out.
