10 reasons to stop drinking diet soda


When taken at face value, diet soda seems like a health-conscious choice. It saves you the 140-plus calories you'd find in a sugary soft drink while still satisfying your urge for something sweet with artificial sweeteners like aspartame, saccharin, and sucralose. But there's more to this chemical cocktail than meets the eye.

Any kind of Soda is terrible for your health. Americans need to relearn drinking natural drinks like water, tea and juices. Is it any wonder everybody over 30 seems to have diabetes or be pre-diabetic these days?

Juices are loaded with sugar! Always choose whole fruit over fruit juice.

And don't forget about people who are prone to every illness known to man.When one is already standing on the edge not much of a push is necessary.Way too many almost bad off people around.
