Eligibility for Free Tax Return Preparation
- Varies from year to year-- based on the total household income. As an example,in taxes done in 2011 for the 2010 year, individuals qualified for free tax preparation if the total income of their household was $49,000 or less.

- Preparers help customers get all tax refunds they are entitled to, especially the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)and Child Tax Credit.

Just so you know , my opinion , this facility has become dedicated to minorities and have given false information to help get high refunds .
