High school student body slams his teacher for taking away cellphone

An out-of-control student got into a violent confrontation with his teacher after his phone was confiscated during class.

The ninth grade student was in the middle of a lesson being taught by his physics teacher at John F. Kennedy High School in Paterson, New Jersey, when he flew into a rage.

A video, taken by one of the other students, shows the classroom descend into chaos as the 16-year-old boy wrestles his 62-year-old teacher to the floor.

If kids don't want to follow the rule, change the rule. Never require behavior that goes against their ingrained lack of control. That's how some public school systems do business.

I am sure any school would prefer to only keep educable, civilized students enrolled. But they are mandated to attempt to contain and try to teach all of them, regardless of their co-operation, behavior and capabilities. Even though it negatively affects the education of students who do want to learn, they have to keep plugging away until the "youth" drops out or they promote him on out, worthless diploma in hand.

But with obama's executive order giving black kids a free pass to inflict chaos, anarchy and violence within the schools, it's only getting worse. When we were in school, the rules applied equally to everyone, although there were always a handful of miscreants that were constantly suspended or in the principal's office...both black and white.

Obama has changed the rules, and all the kids will suffer the consequences, now and later.

Now he's suing the teacher for emotional distress.

Oh but wait...it's the teachers fault. He gets paid way too much and has all this time off. Shame on him!

A 16 yo freshman is at least a year behind and would not be taking physics. Either way he needs to be expelled, never alowed to return. Let his parents home school him or pay for private school.
