Okay, so now throwing a shoe is a deadly weapon???? Did it have knives sticking out of it? Was there a hidden gun in the sole? Maybe there was a bomb in the sole?

The guilty party here is Hubby. He has broken the trust and destroyed the marriage. Now he should pay for the vow he made and then broke.

Period.

She should be home, and owning all the joint assets plus alimony and child support.

This arrest is the product of leftist progressive Democrats.
They are the ones that have petitioned society to constantly chip and peck away at anything moral or decent in society. These Communists have a problem trying to maintain standards so in order to satisfy their "feelgoodism"
They make illegal/immoral/wrong actions right.
They are backwards.
