Two years after claiming the allegations against him were “absolutely and completely false,” a longtime Democratic congressional aide has pleaded guilty to drugging and raping two women in 2010.
He won’t see the inside of a jail cell, though. Thirty-seven-year-old Donny Ray Williams Jr. – the former staff director for the U.S. Senate’s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs subcommittee – will instead get five years of probation for his crimes.
