"Big Lie" Propaganda

Economist Dr. Thomas Sowell said Tuesday night that the “hands up, don’t shoot” rallying cry out of Ferguson that has since been adopted by members of the Congressional Black Caucus reminds him of the “big lie” doctrine favored by Adolf Hitler’s propaganda czar, Joseph Goebbels.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity said the idea that Michael Brown had his hands in the air in surrender when he was fatally shot by police was “fiction.” After playing a clip showing CBC members on the House floor Tuesday with their hands raised in the air, Mr. Hannity asked Mr. Sowell, “Why are members of Congress repeating something that they know is not true?”

“Oh, for political reasons,” Mr. Sowell responded. “I thought of Joseph Goebbels’ doctrine: People will believe any lie if it’s repeated often enough and loud enough. They’re repeating it often enough and loud enough. And it will pay off for them personally and politically.

“People who are out to forward their political careers say and do things that have no relationship whatever to reality or to anybody else’s interests but their own,” he added.

What's distressing is that those so young at UMES have no qualms whatsoever about promoting the hands up lie.
It makes you wonder what kind of family life they had, that could make them so quick to lie so easily.

Protest at SU tonight, anyone going?

The protest should be against police brutality. It is not about race. Black cops are just as bad as white cops. They are out of control all across the country.

They have been conditioned to treat the public aggressively.

Speaking of black cops, what no one sees in the video of the Eric Garner take down and subsequent death, is that the sergeant who was overseeing his arrest, is a black female.
Evidently there is a part that shows her, but for whatever reason we aren't seeing whole video. She didn't try to stop the officers so it was her belief that officers were not doing anything wrong.
She did testify before grand jury. Her first name is something like Tizzie and last name begins with an A I believe.

So that makes everything else ok in your mind is what you are saying. Kops RARELY say or do anything about another kops actions. Those that do are harrassed, black balled, treated as outcasts, not trusted or assisted.

The recent story about a woman cop in Fla. who pulled over another for speeding is one such example. I doubt there are many other examples since it rarely happens.

Interesting how some will say it's not about race but then try to use race as an excuse in an attempt to justify (bad) actions.

You are speaking for yourself and maybe the poor choices of individuals you surround yourself with.
