Alright second person in a week charged with attempted murder. Yup crime is down in the city
I know its sad that someone got hurt but a can't help but giggle a little over the fact that a guy named Sharps got busted for stabbing someone.
Top 100 communities.
If so much resources were not needed in one area maybe crime could be control in the rest of the town. Too bad they could not make streets one way and block off escape route in certain neighborhoods to get crime down.
We are captive to being politically correct and cannot do what needs to be done.
It will be pleaded down to Reckless Endangerment...most time served....Maryland does not punish criminals any more.
