This is right up Josh Hastings alley. He will be there telling farmers and county residents that he wants them to keep farms as nothing but farms and county residents need to move to Salisbury in an apartment. He supports growing upwards and not outwards.

Bleach kills the bacteria needed to eat the waste , aerobic and anaerobic . Use bleach and destroy the septic.
