So, they are ready to sign up a contractor to do the work, but have yet to have engineered the project?

Look at Resolution 2448 to sell General Obligation Bonds to build a new fire station #2 for over $4 Million Dollars.
Bill Gordy will be in charge of the construction project.
You people better wake up. There is no need for a new fire station.
Bill Gordy will be hired by Jim Ireton to be the General Contractor for the building of the new Fire Station #2. Jim Ireton has lied to the good citizens again.
