Police, Protesters Clash After Ferguson Apology

Police and protesters clashed briefly in Ferguson just hours after the St. Louis suburb's police chief issued an apology to the family of Michael Brown, a black 18-year-old who was fatally shot by a white police officer last month.

Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson appeared outside the police department in civilian clothes late Thursday to assure protesters that there would be changes in the wake of Brown's killing, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

"All those things that are causing mistrust are being evaluated and we are going to be making changes," Jackson said.

The police chief started to march with protesters around 11 p.m. Soon after, a scuffle broke out about 20 feet behind the chief and one protester was arrested. The Post-Dispatch said at least three other protesters were arrested after another confrontation.

This is what happens when a Town or a City hires a liberal and a gutless Police Chief. A murdering, robbing, thieving gang banger is dead. A police officers skull was broken accompanied by visual impairment - The officer still tried to do his job properly, but the criminal was not about to comply. To avoid further incapacitation the officer had to fire until the threat went down.

Are you really that stupid or are you just trying to stir the pot? If so, you should be made to lick the spoon.

Who did he murder? ( or are you talking about the kop?) Which gang did MB belong to? No kops skull was broken. No visual impairment occurred.

I can't believe there are still people that ignore the facts.

Every day. Now, do you have anything worthwhile to post or you just stick to one liners? Everything I said is true and verified, as opposed to the comment I was referring to.

I always welcome rebuttal, and I always try to correct what I see that is wrong. And that's just what I did.

Now if you have anything to contribute, that is fact based, I would like to hear it. If not, keep your immature ramblings to yourself.
