U might want to look at the laws pertaining to drones
It's not a drone. It's a UAV and there aren't any laws that govern the use of them.
Actually there are laws governing UAV's
They're FAA policies not laws.
NTSB Administrative Law Judge Patrick Geraghty ruled that the policy notices the FAA used as a basis for the use of drones or UAV's weren’t enforceable since they hadn’t been written as part of a formal rulemaking process.
Fly that drone over the right area and cry your heart out when it gets shot down!
I believe S.P.D. has one flying around for over 3 months now just cast your eyes to the sky and you will see it.
