CHARGES: Sexual Soliciation of a Minor and Solicitation for Prostitution
ACCUSED: Carlos O. Mejia , 34 years old, of Seaford, Delaware
NARRATIVE: On Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at approximately 10:00 A.M. The Worcester County Bureau of Investigation (W.C.B.I.) along with the assistance of the Criminal Enforcement Team (C.E.T.), Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police and Homeland Security Investigations (H.S.I.) arrested a Carlos O. Mejia (34 years old) of Seaford, Delaware.
Carlos O. Mejia was arrested and charged with Solicitation for Prostitution and Sexual Solicitation of a Minor. The joint investigation revealed that Carlos O. Mejia travelled from Seaford, Delaware to an undisclosed location in Northern Worcester County, Maryland in order to engage in sexual intercourse with a 12 year old Juvenile.
On Tuesday Evening the Delaware State Police assisted the Worcester County Bureau of Investigations with executing a search and seizure warrant on Carlos O. Mejia’s residence in Seaford and seized several items to assist with the investigation.
Carlos O. Mejia is being held on $25,000.00 Bond at the Worcester County Detention Center. A bond review will be held this morning.

Umm.. Have you ever watched "To Catch a Predator" on TV. Cops pose as young juveniles on these dating sites like POF so they can set up a meet with the supposed victim.
