Somerset County Sheriff's Office Press Release 8-11-14

Glinda Mae Foxwell of Princess Anne, arrested 7-30-14 on warrants regarding theft less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit theft. Foxwell was later released on personal recognizance.

Reed Douglas McDowell of Crisfield, criminal summons served 7-31-14 for trespassing. McDowell was released on signature pending court actions.

Liza Marie Greene of Salisbury, arrested 7-31-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Greene was held on a $1,063.00 bond.

Durand Steven Carter of Salisbury, arrested 7-31-14 on a warrants regarding contempt of court, and failing to appear in court. Carter was held on a $5,000 bond.

Brian Lamont Waters of Princess Anne, criminal summons served for telephone misuse.  Waters was released on signature pending court actions.

Robert Lee Taylor of Princess Anne, arrested 8-6-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Taylor was later turned over to the Princess Anne Police Department.

Caprice Lynnette Trotter of Delmar, arrested 8-6-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Trotter was later released after posting a $500.00 bond.

William James Taylor of Crisfield, arrested 8-8-14 on a parole retake warrant. Taylor was held at the Eastern Shore Correctional Facility.

Cynthia Diana Lowe of Crisfield, arrested 8-9-14 on a warrant for CDS violations. Lowe was later released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.

I only see warrant service such as they are required to do under the law. I don`t see the results of an on-going criminal investigation worked up by uniformed or CID personnel. Newsworthy..Yes, but touting paper service on Court Documents is under the auspice of duty under the Md. Constitution and boringly ordinary. Mike Lewis` guys or Wor.Co. CID do show the record of initiative in an investigation.
