Commentators cite poll showing Hogan has slashed Brown’s lead to six points

“A recent statewide poll that was shared with me the other day, which was not conducted for either of the candidates for governor, showed Brown with a 46 percent to 40 percent lead over Hogan. The survey was taken by a highly reputable D.C.-based pollster who has vast experience querying Maryland voters.”

“This seems like big news, no? Only a few weeks ago Anthony Brown was polling, what, 18 points ahead of Larry Hogan? If the gap has indeed narrowed to 6 points, I’d say that’s reason for Brown’s people to hit the panic button — and for national analysts to begin following this race as a potential Republican pickup.”

brown only has to win pg, baltimore, and anne arundel counties. this election was never even needed. it was over before it started.
try to rent a vehicle there on election day. you can't. i spoke with a rental agent. the democrats rent every vehilcle and drive all the minorities to the polls all day long. buses, vans, truck..they rent it and pile them in.
republicans don't know how to win in this state.

12:41 I doubt he will win AA county. They usually swing away from democrats. Montgomery, PG, Howard and Baltimore are the 4 main counties. Republicans are out numbered in this state 2 to 1. Lets hope people are tired of the tax increases and will vote for Hogan.
