A Witness Conversation Unknowingly Captured at the Scene of the Ferguson Shooting is a Game-Changer

A previously unnoticed detail in a background conversion of a video taken minutes after the Ferguson shooting could change the course of the investigation into Mike Brown’s death.
The original video poster appears sympathetic to the narrative that Mike Brown was shot unarmed with his hands in the air. But he unknowingly picks up conversation between a man who saw the altercation and another neighbor.
An approximate transcription of the background conversation, as related by the “Conservative Treehouse” blog:

@6:28/6:29 of video

#1 How’d he get from there to there?

#2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck

{crosstalk}

#2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him

{crosstalk}

#2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him –

#1. Oh, the police got his gun

#2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him

{crosstalk}

#2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing

#1 The Police?

#2 The Police shot him

#1 Police?

#2 The next thing I know … I’m thinking … the dude started running … (garbled something about “he took it from him”)

It seems to me that there is much more to this then is what is being immediately reported.

Why information is being slowly leaked out is amazing. Its almost as if the powers that be want rioting and confusion.

there is an ongoing police investigation, they need to get all the facts then charge who is responsible then release the information or what is relevant to the public. it is the public, the press and the race baitors that are inflaming this situation. the more that comes out the more it sounds like the cops did what they needed to do

they need to teach english to idiots.

You WON'T SEE THAT ON CNN.

Can't win situation. If you release something you are racist....if you don't release something racist. People are so caught up in being politically correct that it all comes out looking like lies. So Sad.

The guy gave the cop he bums rush and taunted him that he would not shoot. The cop could do nothing different. He had to protect himself. The kid was hopped up on drugs and was so empowered by the drugs that he thought he could strong are the cop like he had done the shop owner. I hope the toxicology reports clear this whole thing up.

It isn't like it is on television and I've yet to hear what caliber the officer was using. This guy was the size of an elephant and was charging the cop. A single shot would not have taken him down. I would dearly love to see the folks on here blaming the cop if they were in the same situation. They'd probably just crap themselves.

Inadmissible in court. So called "witness" cannot be cross examined. The evidence could not possibly be more hearsay. It is irresponsible to even air such a recording in an attempt to influence people's opinions. If I was on a jury for the cop who is going to eventually be charged for murder, for no other reason than concocted racial tensions, I do not think I would want to consider that information unless the witness can be identified and forced to repeated what he saw for the jury. The one that SHOULD go to trial, in a fair world, is the accomplice to the store robbery and assault on the police officer. He should be charged with making a false report, conspiracy, and inciting riots.
