One year after he was cleared, George Zimmerman has just $650 in the bank, is $2.5million in debt and homeless

George Zimmerman may have escaped prison time, but at least in lock-up he'd have a bed of his own.

Nearly one year after he was acquitted in the February 2012 shooting death of unarmed black teen Trayvon Martin, 30-year-old Zimmerman is reportedly homeless, unemployed and broke - with less than $1,000 to his name.

The sad details of Zimmerman's life post-trial were revealed in court documents filed as he begins divorce proceedings with wife Shellie.

Should be able to sue the state to recoup all his legal cost.

And the negligent parents of the hoodlum that jumped him are millionaires from this. It just isnt right. He should be able to sue them.

1051... no carma in this one....zimmerman should have got a medal and the hoodlum used as an example of what happens to punk kids who steal and use drugs.....he parents shudd have been nominated for worst parents of the year.
