You Might Have to Watch This Video Twice to Catch the Baseball Trick That Helped Win a High School’s Division Finals


It was the Division 4 regional baseball finals in Michigan, but just because it was a high school game doesn’t mean there was any less excitement or surprises on the baseball diamond Saturday.

In fact, one move by second-ranked Beal City High School pitcher Ty Rollin against top-ranked Muskegon Catholic Central High School might require a second look to catch the trick he used to score a key out.

If you missed it, this is what happened. Rollin faked a throw to second base and everyone else on the team pretended the ball went into center field as well. That’s when the Muskegon Catholic runner made for third base, but Rollin revealed he still had the ball and tagged this runner out.
