Word On The Street...

Word on the street is that Sarbanes people are claiming he and MJ have roughly the same experience.

Try case search (http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/processDisclaimer.jis)

Criminal for each of the candidates.

Civil for each of the candidates.

How are those lists roughly similar?

Ask the Sarbanes people this..... how many criminal trials (in Circuit or District Court) has Sarbanes done? Answer, one. For trespassing. In District Court.

How many criminal jury trials for Sarbanes? Answer, none. Nadda. Zippo.

This is too important a position in our community to leave to on the job training. Too much is at stake for the State, and for each of the citizens of Wicomico County.

15 years is a long time to have to live with a mistake.

Voters - I hope each and every one of you are reading what Joe is posting each and every day and remember everything when you go to the polls and vote.

If we make a mistake electing a Governor we can correct it after four years..... a Circuit Court Judge has a 15 year term, and works with serious criminal, civil, and family law matters.

Pretty clear that a mistake here will cost us all.

That is probably why Mr Caldwell was rated as 'highly qualified' by the State Bar Association and Sarbanes was rated as 'not qualified at this time'. The State Bar reviewed the resumes of all candidates and conducted interviews of all candidates.

Ahh , maybe that will insure he gets to be a judge.
