I heard today from a person at Salisbury Police Department that there's going to be some kind of shake up around there in the administration. Big changes coming. I wonder if there's going to be more retiring or someone is moving on or something. My buddy wasn't sure. I wonder if Lee Stevens actually is going to SPD to run it or at least share his expertise with them. If the city/Mayor is smart, they would support him 100 percent. Hang on tight SPD. Looks like you have a bumpy ride ahead of you.

I guess these cops are going to push the pot possession issue to the very end., wasting yet more public moneys.

And anyone who is in jail when that happens will be released,if they were in on pot charges in small amounts.
