Not saying who was at fault, but the Border Patrol Van did have the emergency lights on, but could have yielded into the intersection a little slower with the blind spot.
8:32 you are saying who is at fault because you are making excuses for idiotic behavior. So as long as the emergency lights are on they can disregard public safety and the inevitable laws of physics when they take effect? And the officer is quick to start with misinformation, very quick. Also yelling at the other accident victim is real professional. Class act all the way.
I am shocked there weren't guns and drugs spilling out of the back of the fan.
I do not care if lights were flashing, he made an illegal turn. Explain what "emergency" a border patrol lackey could possibly have that would warrant breaking traffic laws.

The border patron van made an illegal turn - marked as such in an intersection...he was wrong - lights or no lights, siren or no siren. The sedan driver had a green light.
The border patrol agent turned bully the instant he realized he screwed up. He should be fired for stupid driving and acting unprofessionally...the public should demand it - our officials should be held to the highest standards...PERIOD!
