People should go on a non chemical diet instead of a non carb diet. The Chemicals in our foods are a disgrace. I saw a nice slide show of what a family eats in about a dozen different Countries and the relative market basket's cost. Almost all of them ate crusty wonderful looking Breads, Cereals, Veggies and Proteins pretty much the same diet that we eat. Yet Americans seem to argue over what should be the primary staple. The conversation is almost never about the chemicals in the water, the hormones in the meats, the GMO crops, or the additives in everything
