A transformer fire is nothing to justify having 60 paid firemen waiting around for. The volunteers could have handled that call easily.

The "big" mulch fire they had last night isn't anything to justify their paid jobs either. The volunteers including Hebron, Delmar, Salisbury and Fruitland put it out.
