Why can't the city cut the grass where these people set up so you can at least walk thru there and not get eaten up with mosquito bites

The arts and entertainment district is a joke!

One step further....isn't there anywhere else in the community where the artist can gather and display their work. How about the same place used on Tuesday for farmers market next to Asbury? Surely there is someone in this town who supports the arts that would be willing to let people set up in a safer location. I know that downtown Salisbury is attempting to establish itself as a "arts community" but legacy of this area is not a good one for one don't feel safe in the area where they set up. Just recently there was gun fire only streets away. I will wait to visit when they have moved. Sadly true.
