After he scratched off the ticket that day and unveiled his big prize, the man immediately called his brother to share the good news. “My brother came over to look at the ticket because he really didn’t believe me,” the 33-year-old said, chuckling. “I’ve only shared the news with my brother and his sister-in-law.
