COMMUNITY CALENDAR

THE WORCESTER COUNTY TEA PARTY WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, JULY 18, 2013 AT THE OCEAN PINES COMMUNITY CENTER. SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER WILL BE CHARLES LOLLAR, CHAIRMAN OF NEW DAY MARYLAND - "To think that just a few weeks ago, Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown stated that Maryland had a “great session” makes me wonder what great accomplishment they had. Was it the Rain Tax that punishes citizens when it rains because of how much “impervious surfaces” they have on their property? Was it the fee increase for tolls up to $6? Or was it the gas tax increase that pretty much goes up year after year? ... Have you had enough yet? Have you had enough of the double talk, the regressive taxes, and the extremely high cost of living here in our wonderful state? If you have, isn’t time for a New Day in Maryland? ” - Charles Lollar 7/1/13

Doors will open at 6:30 pm, the meeting will start at 7:00 pm. All interested citizens are invited to attend. The Worcester County Tea Party is a grassroots organization, not affiliated with any political party, which is committed to promoting fiscal responsibility, lower taxes and restoring Constitutional limits to the government.
